Ingredients
  1. 180g carrot (finely grated)
  2. 400g spelt flour ( ½ wholemeal & ½ white spelt)
  3. 250g NUTELEX original butter (cold)
  4. COATING
  5. Coconut milk powder mixed with palm sugar
  6. FILLING
  7. Plum butter or jam (no add extra sugar), nuts….or savoury option - tempeh, tofu, herbs, souerkraut, spinach,....
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl to nice and soft (not runny) dough and let rest in the fridge for about 30 min.
  2. Roll the dough out moderate sheet and cut out different shapes.
  3. Bake 180C for about 10-12 min and still hot, roll in coconut milk powder with sugar or as I mention filling above create little turnovers " ravioli" shape treats.
