Ingredients
  1. 3 small or 2 larger zucchini (ends cut and pealed with vegetable peeler into fettuccine shape *skin on or off)
  2. SAUCE
  3. 1 avocado (peeled)
  4. handful of cashews
  5. 1/4 lemon (start with little bit and taste if you like it, do not pour all juice in once)
  6. handful of fresh basil
  7. 1 clove crushed garlic (garlic heart taken away)
  8. pinch of salt, pepper and chilli to decorate
Instructions
  1. Your pasta is ready - very easy done with vegetable peeler (everyone have it at home) but if you want to invest money to new kitchen helper "spiralizer is a great/ fun thing to have.
  2. All ingredients for sauce put to the food processor except tasting ingredients (lemon juice, salt pepper) Those you add slowly and taste always when you mix it.
  3. Mix until nice and creamy or if you like a texture, let it spin just for a couple minutes and you ready to serve.
  4. Combine zucchini pasta and sauce together well and serve. Sprinkle with fresh or dry chilli.
