Ingredients
  1. 15g plant based butter
  2. 150g spelt flour
  3. 50g raw cacao powder
  4. 150g coconut sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients in the bowl and put it in the fridge for 1 hour (or overnight). Make a ball and use an end of the wooden spoon to make a dent.
  4. Put the balls on the baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes take the tray from the oven and let the balls cool down completely.
  6. Fill them with cherry/plum jam, almonds, chocolate.......
Notes
  1. Please make sure that oven is preheated on right temperature before you put tray in.
  2. If you do different temperature and timing those cookies will be flat. Taste will be still same thou 🙂
