CHOCOLATE COOKIES (Christmas season)

plant based, macrobiotic, wholesome
Ingredients
- 15g plant based butter
- 150g spelt flour
- 50g raw cacao powder
- 150g coconut sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients in the bowl and put it in the fridge for 1 hour (or overnight). Make a ball and use an end of the wooden spoon to make a dent.
- Put the balls on the baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes take the tray from the oven and let the balls cool down completely.
- Fill them with cherry/plum jam, almonds, chocolate.......
Notes
- Please make sure that oven is preheated on right temperature before you put tray in.
- If you do different temperature and timing those cookies will be flat. Taste will be still same thou 🙂
